Download the WedgeRoam APK onto your rugged Android scanner or smartphone. Open the app and scan the QR code generated in Step 1 to securely authenticate the device without passwords.
Open your device's built-in scanning app (like Zebra DataWedge) and set it to send barcode data to WedgeRoam. The app includes a simple configuration profile that handles this automatically.
For manual configuration via MDM or Enterprise Provisioner, configure the scanner to output via Android Broadcast Intent. Set the Intent Action to: com.wedgeroam.SCAN.
